REV. TOURÈ MARSHALL
Executive Director
Rev. Touré Marshall is the Pastor of the Roseville Presbyterian in Newark, New Jersey. Before this appointment, he served churches in North and South Carolina. Rev. Marshall received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Johnson C. Smith University (Charlotte, NC), a Master’s of Divinity, and a Master’s Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is a community-minded pastor who began working as Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) professional community organizer. Rev. Marshall is passionate about developing intergenerational mentoring programs. From 2016-2018 he served on the United Way of Forsyth County Board of Directors. Rev. Marshall and his wife, Rev. Eustacia Marshall, have two children.
RAYMOND ROBINSON JR.
President
A Newark native, Raymond was raised in and around the Roseville area and was educated in the Newark public school system. After graduating from Bloomfield Technical & Vocational School & attending Newark College of Engineering (NJIT), He briefly worked as an electrician. In 1979, Raymond began a 35 year career at New Jersey Bell (Verizon) as a Network Technician. He is currently the head of buildings & grounds at Roseville Presbyterian Church. He currently enjoys word games, working with his hands & spending time with his family.
KENNETH SMITH
Vice President
Kenneth is the current owner of Dreams Come True Travel celebrating 23 years of helping clients take life changing dream vacations. He spent 14 years in the auditing field as an external auditor with a major CPA firm and several positions as an internal auditor with fortune 500 companies. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Morgan State University where he was a member of Omega Phi Omega, a CIO Fraternity founded on the campus of Morgan. He was quickly elected to Northeast Regional director where he oversaw 3 satellite chapters. He is a published author of two novels and an accomplished wedding singer.
DARLYN BLANEY
Secretary
Darlyn is a founding member and officer of the Roseville Outreach Community Corporation, serving as secretary. She is also the director of the Marie Wildey School of Dance in East Orange, New Jersey, which focuses on offering quality dance lessons to children and adults at affordable rates. Darlyn is a native of Newark and a graduate of Caldwell University. She is actively involved as the director of the Roseville Food Pantry feeding program, which serves upwards of 500 clients a month. She is also a member of the "MENDS" - Meeting Essential Needs with Dignity, advisory board, which supplies food and personal items to food pantries and organizations serving the community. Darlyn loves working with children and is also very passionate about addressing the needs of the elderly. She believes that "working together is not an option, it is a requirement for building a stronger community."
KENNETH MYERS
Treasurer
Founding Board Member, Banker with 30 years of experience as a New Jersey based commercial lending professional, currently employed by Synchrony Bank as a Community Development Market Manager. Mr. Myers is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, currently resides in Plainfield with his family. Ken is an active board member of several grassroots organizations and is an active congregant at the Roseville Presbyterian Church as an elder.
VICTORIA ANDRADE
Board Member
Worked for AT&T for 19 years then moved to IBM in 2019 as a Cloud Capacity Planner. Member of Roseville for 20 years. Presently serving 4th round on Roseville Church Session. Under Newark Presbytery, served 9 years on Board of Trustees (2 yrs as President), 4 yrs on Vision Accountability Board (1 yr as President), 3 yrs on Newark Administrative Commission and 1 yr as Moderator of Newark Presbytery. Served on committees of the Northeast Synod and served as a Commissioner to PCUSA General Assembly. Served 2 yrs as President of Newark Chapter of NBPC. Community volunteer efforts include Junior Achievement, STEM program of Northern NJ, Hillside Food Bank and Hurricane Maria mission trip to Puerto Rico.
GAYLE W. GRIFFIN, PhD
Board Member
After moving to NJ from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Griffin joined Roseville Presbyterian Church. She has worked in many ministries in the church and community both in Pittsburgh and here, in the greater Newark community where she has lived and worked for eighteen years. She retired after 46 years as a teacher, principal, supervisor, and assistant superintendent, and continues to be a passionate advocate for youth. She has been an Executive School Performance Coach and Executive Director of the NJ Department of Education’s Regional Achievement Center in Essex and Hudson County. Currently, she serves as an educational consultant in the Academy for Urban School Transformation at Seton Hall University. She was reared in Philadelphia, PA, earned her undergraduate degree from Chatham College, and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
DAVID RAMSAY

Raymond is a founding board member of ROCC. Born in Newark and raised in East Orange, He received his formal education in Newark and graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Communications & Media, focusing on photojournalism & graphic design. Always a student of the arts, Raymond has been a still life photographer in the NYC/North Jersey area for 15 years, working in the fashion & jewelry industry. He is an active member at Roseville Church, where he has served in various roles over the course of his life, most recently on the Session & as Director of Communications.
His passions include the arts, his family and serving the community.

FREDRICK "RICKY" MINTOR
Posthumous Board Member Emeritus
Frederick Mintor was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and moved to New Jersey with his parents soon after, where he attended parochial school from kindergarten through 12th grade. He graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
After college, he worked for accounting firms such as Robert Harris and Associates preparing taxes. After years in the accounting field, he began a career at Bell Atlantic (Verizon) in sales, eventually transitioning to a Facility Technician role. While employed, he was active in IBEW Local 827, where he served as a shop steward. He retired in 2014.
In 1991, he married the love of his life at Roseville Presbyterian Church. Over the years, he served the church in many roles, including President of the Roseville Men’s Club, Deacon, Elder, member of the Building and Grounds committee, assistant to the Sexton, choir, and President of the Black Presbyterian Caucus Newark Chapter.
One of the guiding sentiments of his life was his desire to remain in God’s favor and to live with love to share, health to spare, and friends who care.
CHERYL GLASPY - MYERS
Posthumous Board Member Emeritus
Cheryl was a founder and board member of the Roseville Outreach Community Corporation. A 35-year healthcare professional, she worked at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital within the RWJBarnabas Health System as a Nursing Director. She served as the immediate past president and a board member of the Middlesex Regional Black Nurses Association, where she focused on community health promotion and health advocacy. Mrs. Glaspy-Myers held a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Transcultural Nursing Administration from Kean University.
